This event was organized to commemorate Pregnant Women's Day on October 10, aiming to promote a positive perception of pregnancy and childbirth and to foster a social atmosphere that is considerate and respectful of pregnant women.

The city structured the event to enable citizens to naturally empathize and communicate about pregnancy and parenting through participatory experience programs and the provision of practical information.

The event began with a congratulatory performance by the Namyangju City Choir, followed by a lecture on pregnancy and childbirth by Professor Kim Youngim of Jamsil CHA Hospital and a sleep education session for pregnant women by Consultant Jung Eunji of the Korea Infant Sleep Education Association, all of which received an enthusiastic response.

In particular, a variety of side events such as pregnancy experience, calligraphy, and a photo zone were held, further enhancing the atmosphere at the venue. In addition, various health promotion initiatives run by the city, including maternal and child health projects and the Mental Health Welfare Center, were introduced, providing citizens with practical and helpful information.

One pregnant woman who participated in the event shared, "It was a helpful time as I was able to learn information I was curious about from pregnancy to childbirth, and there were plenty of interactive booths where pregnant women and their families could enjoy together, making it a fulfilling experience."
