BLACKPINK is expanding its Asia tour schedule as it reaches the halfway point of its world tour.
On September 19, YG Entertainment released the world tour poster through BLACKPINK's official social media channels and announced additional concerts in Singapore on November 28 and Hong Kong on January 26 of next year. The group will hold a total of six performances across these two locations.
The additional dates were arranged in response to high demand from local fans. YG explained that the original shows sold out immediately after ticket sales opened, leading to repeated requests for more performances, and the schedule was confirmed in response to this demand.
With these additions, BLACKPINK will perform 20 concerts in eight cities across Asia. Previously announced stops included Goyang on July 7, Kaohsiung on October 18-19, Bangkok on October 24-26, Jakarta on November 1-2, Bulacan on November 22-23, Singapore on November 29-30, Tokyo on January 16-18, and Hong Kong on January 24-25.
Starting with their groundbreaking performance at Goyang Sports Complex in July-the first ever by a K-pop girl group-BLACKPINK is currently on a world tour spanning 33 shows in 16 cities. Having completed their North American and European legs, the group will continue their tour in Asia, including Tokyo, from October onward.
