Didim365, a company specializing in AI, Big Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation (DX), led by CEO Jang Minho, and East Security, a security specialist company headed by CEO Jung Jinil, announced on September 18 that they had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at East Security’s headquarters in Seocho, Seoul, to strengthen cloud and AI security.

Through this agreement, the two companies will apply and propose East Security’s security solutions to the cloud services provided by Didim365, thereby enhancing their security collaboration. As an initial step, they will introduce Alyac Server (anti-virus for servers) to strengthen endpoint security for cloud servers. Subsequently, the scope of cooperation will be expanded to include a dedicated antivirus for Windows servers, antivirus solutions for Linux and Unix servers, and ASM (Alyac Security Manager), among other product lines.

In addition, the two companies have agreed to expand their collaboration beyond cloud security to also address the security of AI service environments, which has become a major concern for enterprises recently. They plan to jointly conduct research and develop services to respond to security risks that may arise during the adoption of generative AI and AI agents, as well as to protect data and ensure the safe use of AI. Through these efforts, they aim to create synergy in strengthening cloud infrastructure security, ensuring the safety of AI adoption and operational environments, and enhancing their ability to respond to security threats, thereby providing customers with a more reliable digital environment.

Tak Seongbeom, Executive Director of the Cloud Division at Didim365, stated, “This MOU marks an important first step, as Didim365, with its capabilities in cloud management and operations, joins forces with East Security, which possesses security expertise, to provide a safe digital environment across cloud and AI. We will continue to reinforce our security systems to protect both our customers’ businesses and their AI innovations.”

Jung Jinil, CEO of East Security, commented, “Through this collaboration, we expect to elevate the security level of both cloud and AI environments, creating an infrastructure that both public and private sector clients can trust. We will continue to drive security innovation through a variety of cooperative models in the future.”
