On September 19, Hirlim announced that it had signed a design contract for a large-scale hotel development project on a site in front of the Presidential Palace in central Tbilisi, Georgia. Hirlim was chosen as the final design firm, having received high marks for its extensive experience in hotel design, technical expertise, and creative ideas.

The hotel under development will be operated by a global luxury hotel brand. It will be created as a top-tier hotel equipped with a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, banquet hall, and casino. Hirlim aims to complete the master plan and concept design by early 2026, proceed to detailed design, and achieve a grand opening in 2029.

Hirlim expects that, once completed, the hotel will not only meet Tbilisi's tourism and business demand but also become an iconic landmark representing the city, much like the Crescent Hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan, which Hirlim previously designed.

Hirlim possesses world-class technical capabilities and the most extensive project experience in Korea across all areas of hotel design, renovation, and consulting. Domestically, the company has designed projects such as the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, Andaz Seoul Gangnam, and Grand Josun Busan. Internationally, it has successfully completed numerous global projects, including The Westin Perth in Australia, the Crescent Hotel in Azerbaijan, and InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 in Vietnam.

A Hirlim representative stated, "Currently, there is active development of luxury hotels and resorts in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia," adding, "Based on the trust and network we have built in regions such as Azerbaijan and Georgia, we plan to expand our business opportunities throughout the Eastern European market."
