[Counter Report] Regarding Suspicions Over Recruitment Procedures at Gwangju Gwangsan-gu Facilities Management Corporation

On August 15 and September 4, this newspaper reported in the National-Honam section under the headline "Exclusive: Gwangju Gwangsan-gu Facilities Management Corporation Faces Allegations of Omitted Procedures in Non-Regular Employee Conversion" that suspicions had been raised regarding the omission of essential procedures such as evaluation and open recruitment during the process of converting non-regular employees to regular positions over the past two years.

In response, the Gwangju Gwangsan-gu Facilities Management Corporation stated, "The conversion to public service positions was carried out without omission in accordance with the corporation's regulations and procedures, and a labor consulting agency concluded that there were no issues with the recruitment process."
