Two American Icons Join Forces on the Global F1 Stage
The bourbon whiskey brand Jim Beam announced on September 18 that it has entered into a global partnership with the Cadillac Formula 1 Team.
The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is a new team joining the FIA Formula One World Championship (F1) for the first time since 2016, with Jim Beam participating as the "official spirits partner." Founded by TWG Motorsport and General Motors (GM), the Cadillac Formula 1 Team marks a bold new beginning for the American brand as it enters the global F1 stage, emphasizing its commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, and performance.
As an official partner, Jim Beam plans to provide fans with immersive experiences both on and off the track, based on a culture of responsible drinking. Rashidi Hodari, Managing Director of the Jim Beam Distillery, stated, "Car racing and the making of Jim Beam bourbon whiskey are similar in that every member must come together to achieve the best possible result."
Jim Beam is actively involved in a wide range of sports sponsorships, from the Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL), to the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB), as well as racing events such as the Indianapolis 500, NASCAR, and Dick Johnson Racing (DJR) in Australia.
