Busan Metropolitan Corporation Arpina Supports "Woo2-dong Filial Piety Senior Festival"

Inviting 200 Seniors
A Gathering to Share Warmth with Neighbors

Arpina, operated by Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC) and led by President Shin Changho, participated in the "2025 Woo2-dong Filial Piety Senior Festival" on September 16, carrying out sharing activities for local seniors.

This event was organized to encourage seniors during a period of economic downturn and to strengthen the sense of community among residents. The Woo2-dong Residents' Association hosted the event, with the Saemaul Women's Association and the Autonomous Disaster Prevention Corps as co-hosts. Approximately 200 seniors, along with key guests and officials, totaling around 250 people, attended the festival.

Arpina supported the event by providing the venue and donating 100 sets of pork neck (worth about 2 million won). All stages of the event, including preliminary site visits and the selection of sponsored items, were prepared through collaboration among local residents, public institutions, and private organizations.

Shin Changho, President of Busan Metropolitan Corporation, expressed his gratitude to the Woo2-dong Residents' Association for their efforts in organizing this meaningful event, stating, "We will continue to promote a culture of sharing and provide various forms of support in cooperation with the local community."
