The "2025 Incheon Youth Employment Fair" will be held on September 23 at the central hall of Incheon City Hall. This event is designed to provide young people with a wide range of job opportunities, including positions at public enterprises, private companies, and startups.
The fair is co-hosted by Incheon City, the Central Regional Employment and Labor Office, and the University Job Plus Centers at Inha University, Incheon National University, Inha Technical College, and Jaeneung College. It will take place as the fourth event in the "2025 Incheon Permanent Recruitment Expo" series.
A total of 26 companies will participate, including 15 public enterprises and 11 private companies. Among these, 24 companies will operate on-site consultation booths, allowing job seekers to meet directly with recruiters, while 6 companies will hold separate sessions to provide information on recruitment schedules, job characteristics, and selection criteria.

On the same day, as a related event, the "2025 Incheon Startup Job Matching Day" will be held in the city hall’s main conference room. Thirty startups from the Incheon area will participate and conduct on-site internship interviews.
Additional activities include free resume photo shoots, personal color consulting, AI caricatures, and "Life Four Cuts" photo experiences, all aimed at supporting job preparation and personal branding. There will also be a special lecture led by a popular YouTuber, titled "Attitudes That Lead to Success and Incheon’s Top Companies," which will share practical job-hunting strategies and mindsets.
This fair is one of the main events of "2025 Incheon Youth Week," which runs from September 20 to 27. During Youth Week, a variety of programs will be offered in addition to the employment fair, including Youth Empathy Healing Day, policy forums, and youth cultural festivals.
An official from Incheon City stated, "The fair is more than just a place to provide recruitment information; it is an opportunity for young job seekers and companies to communicate directly and connect to actual hiring. We expect it will offer young people stable jobs and opportunities for challenge, while providing companies with the chance to discover competitive talent, thereby contributing to revitalizing local employment and economic growth."
