Minister of Employment and Labor Kim Younghoon to Hold Special Lecture and Talk Concert at Kyungnam University on the 25th

Theme: "The Humanities of Labor?Region, Youth, and Work"

A special lecture and talk concert by Minister of Employment and Labor Kim Younghoon will be held at 4:00 p.m. on September 25 at the Peace Hall in the Changjo Building of Kyungnam University.

Appointed as the first Minister of Employment and Labor under the Lee Jaemyung administration, Kim Younghoon is a politician with a background in labor activism, having worked as a train engineer at Korea Railroad Corporation and served as both the head of the railway labor union and the chairman of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions. He is recognized for his deep understanding of workers' hardships, having worked on the front lines.

On this day, Minister Kim Younghoon will deliver a special lecture on the theme "The Humanities of Labor-Region, Youth, and Work," sharing with students and young people in the region the Lee Jaemyung administration's governing philosophy, labor policies, and vision for changes in the labor environment.

Following the lecture, a talk concert will be held to facilitate communication with Kyungnam University students. Minister Kim Younghoon will personally host a meaningful cultural event, serving refreshments and coffee to university students and local youth who are poised to become future leaders.
