The BBB Project is a cultural and tourism specialization program planned as part of the Busan RISE initiative, presenting three themed tourism packages: Beauty, Beach, and Bab (food).

The 'Bab Project,' operated this time as the first stage, is an experiential program themed around Busan's traditional liquor and gourmet cuisine.

The tourists visited the Geumjeongsanseong Makgeolli Experience Center, where they brewed, filtered, and tasted Makgeolli using nuruk (fermentation starter), rice, and water. They also cooked and enjoyed Yukjeon Bibimbap themselves.

In addition, they experienced Busan's unique food and beverages made with fish cake and pollack roe, enjoying a variety of gourmet cultures. Participants took home the Makgeolli they made to share with their families and received the recipe for Yukjeon Bibimbap.

Kim Kyunghwa, head of the Dong-Eui Science University RISE Project Group, stated, "Our goal is to showcase Busan's diverse attractions to cruise tourists who have only a short stay, making Busan a city they want to revisit." She added, "We will continue to enhance the program and contribute to revitalizing the local economy."

The remaining BBB Project programs, including K-Beauty experiences and beach-centered tourism packages, will be offered sequentially every month not only to tourists but also to international students and professionals. Next year, the university plans to further develop diverse Busan tourism content through a public contest.
