Lina Life Insurance announced on the 15th that it will launch "Lina ON," a service designed to help customers better understand their insurance policies and provide more opportunities for communication.
Lina ON offers convenient features such as "Easily Understand My Insurance," which explains the details of subscribed insurance policies in a simple and clear manner, as well as recovery stories from illness, and consultations with professional advisors regarding coverage.
The purpose of the service is to resolve the complexity of insurance information and to allow customers to approach the topic of insurance in a more familiar and everyday manner through customer-focused content.
The "Story ON" section features recovery stories based on real experiences with illnesses such as cancer treatment and dementia diagnosis, providing not only information but also a space for empathy and comfort. This content is freely accessible even to those who are not Lina Life Insurance customers.
This service will initially be available to customers who have subscribed to (Non-Participating) THE Simple Health Insurance (Renewable Type) since May of this year. Lina Life Insurance plans to expand the service to customers with other products in the future.
