Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Holds "Career Interruption Prevention Talk Concert" on the 11th

The Gyeonggi Northern Regional Saeil Center of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held a talk concert to prevent career interruptions.


The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation announced on the 12th that it held a talk concert on the theme "It's Okay, It's a New Start! Rewriting Tomorrow!" at the foundation's Northern Business Headquarters on the 11th to prevent career interruptions.


This event was designed to foster social consensus on preventing women's career interruptions and to support re-employment and the planning of second careers.

The event featured a special lecture by instructor Kang Sugyeong titled "A Time to Rebrand Myself, Reboot Mindset," as well as a special lecture and talk show by author Park Eunjeong, a female entrepreneur and author of "Mom Startup," on "Designing a Second Career for Women Through Entrepreneurship."


Alongside the event, the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation also operated a flea market to exhibit and sell products from female entrepreneurs in the province. This flea market was organized in collaboration with the Yangju and Uijeongbu YWCA Saeil Centers.


The Gyeonggi Northern Regional Saeil Center is promoting consulting and educational programs to help female workers maintain employment and achieve long-term service through its Career Interruption Prevention Support Project. In addition, it supports the challenges and market expansion of female entrepreneurs, strengthens local networks, and helps restore confidence and establish a foundation for sustainable growth.


Park Jongman, head of the Northern Business Headquarters of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, said, "We expect that this talk concert will serve as an opportunity for women to overcome career interruptions, re-enter economic activities, and help restore their confidence."
