Bithumb announced on September 12 that it participated in a "Recruitment Information Session for University Students," a side event of the "International Conference on Climate Risk Management in the Financial Sector," held at Ewha Womans University ECC Hall on September 11.
This information session was co-hosted by the Financial Supervisory Service and Ewha Womans University, with 18 major financial institutions-including banks, securities firms, and virtual asset exchanges-providing recruitment information.
During the session, Bithumb introduced its recruitment information and job roles. At the consultation booth, Bithumb employees held one-on-one meetings with students, answering questions about Bithumb and virtual assets. Students who visited the booth received large Bithumb-branded popcorn and special merchandise, which was met with an enthusiastic response.
A Bithumb representative said, "We were deeply impressed by the students' strong interest in and high level of understanding of virtual assets," adding, "We will continue our efforts to become a dynamic and sustainably growing exchange by recruiting young talent."
