This training was organized to realize transparent and fair legislative activities that meet the expectations of local residents and to explore practical measures for establishing a culture of integrity.


The session was led by a professional instructor, Lee Jimoon, and focused on specific cases related to the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, the Code of Conduct for Public Officials, prevention of abuse of power, and conflict of interest prevention.


By presenting examples of situations that could actually occur in the legislative field, the effectiveness of the training was enhanced. After the lecture, a Q&A session was held, during which participants actively discussed response strategies for various situations and shared opinions on institutional improvements.


Chairman Oh Hyungyeol stated, "Integrity is the foundation of public service and the trust of the council," and added, "We will continue to prioritize integrity and carry out legislative activities that we can be proud of before the residents."


Meanwhile, the Hwasun County Council plans to continue regular integrity training and pursue integrity-focused policies centered on practical implementation.
