A Program to Foster Women Leaders
with Advanced Knowledge and Practical Capabilities
Cheongdo County (Governor Kim Hasu) held the opening ceremony for the 4th Cheongdo Women's Graduate School on September 9 at the Women's Center General Education Hall, with over 60 students and guests in attendance.
The Cheongdo Women's Graduate School is a specialized educational program launched in 2022 with its first class, operating advanced curricula each year with the goal of empowering women in the local community.
The Cheongdo Women's College, which has reached its 42nd session this year, has been further upgraded to enable women to serve the community and play a pivotal role as leaders.
This 4th Cheongdo Women's Graduate School aims to "cultivate women leaders with advanced knowledge and practical capabilities" and will be held every Tuesday until December 16, with a total of 14 sessions.
This program goes beyond simple theoretical education, focusing on strategic communication methods and techniques to strengthen planning and execution skills, emphasizing action-oriented leadership that can drive real change in the community.
In addition, a variety of experiential and field education programs, group discussions, and leadership workshops are also prepared, raising expectations among the students.
Kim Hasu, Governor of Cheongdo County, stated, "I expect this program will be an opportunity for women to find their voices and gain the power to bring about changes in their lives," and added, "I hope that through the learning at the Women's Graduate School, you will grow into key talents and true leaders across various fields in the community."
