KB Kookmin Bank CEO Lee Hwanju Heads to the U.S. for IR Sessions with Institutional Investors

According to KB Kookmin Bank on September 10, Lee is scheduled to visit New York and Chicago in the United States from September 21 to 27 for a five-night, seven-day trip to hold IR meetings.

This IR session will be conducted in the form of a non-deal roadshow (NDR), where the company meets investors directly to explain its business strategies and communicate, without the purpose of raising capital through stocks or bonds. The meetings will be held in a one-on-one format as well as in small group IR sessions.

During the IR, Lee plans to explain to investors KB Kookmin Bank's focus on expanding inclusive finance and productive finance, as well as profitability management strategies, under the new government's financial policy direction, including the goal of achieving the KOSPI 5000. In addition, he will review business opportunities in the United States arising from mutual tariff negotiations and the outcomes of the Korea-U.S. summit.

KB Financial Group has conducted IR activities for overseas investors this year in key regions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, and Europe. The group also plans to strengthen communication with global investors in the second half of the year.
