Jeongeup City to Host Lecture by Psychiatrist and Author Moon Yohan on the 20th

Theme: "Now I Take Care of Myself"

Jeongeup City in North Jeolla Province will host a lecture by psychiatrist and author Moon Yohan at the Jeongeup Sintaein Library on the 20th.

According to the city on September 10, this lecture, themed "Now I Take Care of Myself," aims to help those struggling with stress develop self-care skills and find ways to regain vitality in their lives.

Moon Yohan, a graduate of Chonnam National University College of Medicine, has continued his healing work as a psychiatrist by providing counseling, giving lectures, and writing to support inner growth. He has resonated with readers through numerous books, including his recent publication "When I Grow, Problems Shrink," as well as "Why Do I Treat Myself Carelessly?" and "Goodbye, Laziness."

In this lecture, he will share practical self-care methods, such as practicing self-reflection through the mirror and ways to be kind to oneself, and will suggest how to find balance in relationships with both oneself and others.

An official from Sintaein Library stated, "Following meetings with renowned authors such as novelists Kim Soom and Jeong Bora earlier this year, we are continuing to provide opportunities to meet famous writers, including Moon Yohan. We hope to foster interest in books and further spread a reading culture in daily life."
