The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will begin accepting applications for purchased leasehold housing for young adults, newlyweds, and households with newborns starting September 11. A total of 3,503 units will be offered across 16 cities and provinces nationwide, with move-in available as early as December.
For young adults, 1,112 units will be supplied to single individuals without housing. Tenants can reside for up to 10 years at rental rates set at 40-50% of market value.

For newlyweds and households with newborns, 2,391 units will be available. Depending on income requirements, 1,339 units (Type I) will be offered at 30-40% of market value, while 1,052 units (Type II) will be available at 70-80% of market value.
Households with newborns will be given first priority. Newlyweds within seven years of marriage, engaged couples, and households with children aged six or younger are also eligible to apply. Those who have given birth, adopted, or become pregnant within the past two years are also included.
Of the total, 2,597 units (1,112 for young adults and 1,485 for newlyweds and households with newborns) will be supplied by Korea Land and Housing Corporation and can be found on the LH Subscription Plus platform. The remaining 906 units, supplied by Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation, can be checked on the respective agency's website.
LH will announce the recruitment notice on September 11, begin accepting applications at the end of this month, and release results between November and December. SH will announce its recruitment notice on September 26, accept applications from October 21 to 23, announce results on January 21 next year, and begin move-in schedules starting February 2026.
