Emerging Artists Art Show Opens in Busan Under the Theme 'Next Together'

The "2nd Emerging Artists Art Show, Busan Connected," organized by Busan City under the theme "Next Together," opened on September 9.

This exhibition will continue until September 10 at the Geumgo Art Museum within the Busan Modern and Contemporary History Museum. Ten teams, comprising a total of 20 emerging artists selected through a review process, are participating to showcase their diverse artistic worlds.

During the exhibition, Busan City will conduct on-site evaluations to select one final team. The selected team will be given the opportunity to exhibit in a solo booth at the special exhibition of "The Preview Art Fair 2026," organized by Art Meets Life.

Now in its second year, the Emerging Artists Art Show, Busan Connected, was established to nurture the next generation of artists and support their new projects and exhibitions. The focus is on discovering emerging artists who embody both regional identity and creativity, and on providing a foundation for their growth.
