Junggonara announced on September 9 that it has newly added an integrated shipping fee payment feature to the secure payment system within its application.

Previously, when using secure payment on the Junggonara app, buyers and sellers had to separately negotiate and transfer shipping fees, or adjust the product price. Going forward, users will be able to pay for both the product and shipping fee in a single transaction, which is expected to significantly improve both the safety and convenience of transactions.

During the product registration stage, sellers can select their preferred transaction method from options such as courier delivery, face-to-face transaction, or convenience store non-face-to-face pickup. They can also enter whether the shipping fee is included and input the rates for different types of couriers in advance, which will be displayed on the product detail page. Buyers can then quickly check the transaction method and total amount and make payment without the hassle of separate negotiations.

In addition, Junggonara has introduced a dedicated badge for products with "free shipping" (where the shipping fee is included in the product price) and enhanced the search filter function to make it easier for buyers to find such items. Guidelines for setting shipping fees and a feature to display the expected total payment amount are also provided for users who are not familiar with courier transactions.

Junggonara expects that this new feature will not only make transactions more convenient, but also minimize the risk of fraud and strengthen user protection by ensuring all payments are processed within the secure payment system. Previously, through its "Safe Guarantee Project," Junggonara has made ongoing efforts to enhance transaction safety, significantly reducing the number of reported fraud cases.
