Chicken franchise Genesis BBQ Group announced on September 8 that it will be recruiting experienced employees for 2025 until the 21st.
The recruitment will be carried out in three global divisions and five domestic divisions. The global divisions are looking to hire for positions in overseas store management, design, and menu planning for BBQ locations operating in 57 countries, including the United States, Canada, and the Philippines. The domestic divisions will be hiring across marketing, market sensing, design and construction, business manager, and store development.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, practical interviews, an artificial intelligence (AI) competency assessment, and an evaluation for admission to Chicken University, after which successful candidates will be assigned to their respective roles.
A representative from BBQ stated, "This recruitment is a significant milestone for BBQ as we strive to become a leading K-Food brand," adding, "We aim to spread the value of BBQ worldwide together with talented global professionals, and support young people in pursuing their dreams on the global stage."
