- Recognized Top Safety Excellence Sites Including Gwacheon National Road No. 47 Bypass
- Seohan Achieves First KOSHA-MS Certification Outside the Seoul Metropolitan Area
On September 5, Seohan announced that it had selected and awarded the Asan Mojong Saetdeul District Seohan Idaeum site, the Gwacheon National Road No. 47 bypass, and the Pyeongtaek public-supported private rental housing construction site as top safety excellence sites.
The preliminary review is a stage conducted before full implementation to verify materials, equipment, and construction methods in advance and establish optimal solutions. It was organized to apply high-quality materials and construction methods to Asan Mojong Saetdeul District Seohan Idaeum Noblesse, which is set to become the 'new standard of Asan.'
Prior to the review on this day, Seohan also held an award ceremony for sites with outstanding safety records. The Gwacheon National Road No. 47 bypass construction site and the Pyeongtaek Godeok public-supported private rental housing site, which were selected as top safety excellence sites, received high evaluations for strengthening safety measures such as the installation of work platforms in mechanical rooms.
Seohan, which became the first company outside the Seoul metropolitan area to receive KOSHA-MS (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) certification last year, achieved a perfect score of 100 for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024 in the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency's construction industry accident prevention performance evaluation.
Additionally, Seohan achieved a fatality rate of zero (three-year average number of fatalities per 10,000 workers) from 2022 to 2024, underscoring its commitment to safety as the top management priority. Through this internal safety evaluation, the company plans to take the lead in achieving zero major accidents at construction sites, a goal that has recently been emphasized in the industry.
Meanwhile, Asan Mojong Saetdeul District Seohan Idaeum Noblesse, which will begin sales in September 2025, is a large-scale complex with 1,079 units. It is emerging as a premium residential area in Asan, featuring extensive community facilities such as a sky lounge, indoor swimming pool, Kyobo Bookstore curation, guest house, seasonal storage, sauna, and fitness center.
In addition to the internal community facilities, the site is located near Cheonan Asan Station for high-speed rail and is close to Asan Hyeonchungsa IC, the express bus terminal, and excellent school districts such as Asan High School, Hanol Middle and High School, and Onyang Girls' Middle and High School, all within walking distance. Beyond the school districts, the area also boasts large supermarkets, a movie theater, and the ecological Onyangcheon Stream, offering outstanding living and cultural infrastructure.
Based on its success in the Asan Mojong Saetdeul District, Seohan plans to establish itself as a premium residential brand nationwide, beyond the Chungnam region. Seohan has already been recognized as a premium brand in the Chungnam region for the outstanding quality of Osong Station Seohan Idaeum Noblesse.
