Bonghwa County in North Gyeongsang Province successfully held the "4th Bonghwa Academy 2025" on September 4 at the Youth Center performance hall, with over 300 residents in attendance. The event featured renowned composer Hoseop Lee, a master of Korean popular music.

Composer Hoseop Lee, who wrote cross-generational hit songs such as "In 10 Minutes," "Chan Chan Chan," and "Everyone Cha Cha Cha," took the stage under the theme "A Life of Singing, A Happy Life." Departing from a typical lecture format, the event allowed the audience to participate directly in singing along with live accompaniment, creating a concert-like atmosphere.

Attendees experienced firsthand the comforting and uplifting power of music through a stage that blended songs and stories. One resident remarked, "It was even more special because it wasn't just a lecture to listen to, but an experience where we could sing and empathize together. I deeply felt the comfort that music brings."

Bonghwa County Governor Park Hyunkook stated, "I hope this was a time for residents to laugh and enjoy together. We will continue to invite experts who can invigorate the lives of our residents and further elevate the quality of the academy."
