Stanton University Admission Information Session to Be Held on the 26th in Uijeongbu
In Conjunction with the Youth Career Festival
Active Support for Diverse Educational and Career Programs
Uijeongbu City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Donggeun) announced on September 6 that it will hold the "Stanton University Admission Information Session" in conjunction with the "Uijeongbu City Youth Career Festival," which will take place at the Uijeongbu City Youth Center on the 26th.
The information session, originally scheduled for the 13th, will now be held alongside the youth career festival to broaden participation opportunities for both youth and parents and to enhance the efficiency of event operations.
This session will include an introduction to Stanton University's admissions and transfer systems, an overview of undergraduate programs by major, and a Q&A session on admission to domestic universities.
In addition, the career festival will feature hands-on career and learning experience booths and a professional career counseling corner, providing practical and valuable information to young participants. Both pre-registered attendees and walk-in visitors are welcome, allowing anyone to explore global education and career opportunities.
The city aims to go beyond simply providing university admission information by offering youth the chance to experience various career paths firsthand and develop global competencies. Furthermore, by bringing together the local community, schools, and parents, the event is expected to establish itself as a leading brand in youth career education as an open festival for all.
Mayor Kim Donggeun stated, "By holding the Stanton University Admission Information Session and the Youth Career Festival together, we will provide a platform for young people to dream bigger and take on new challenges. Uijeongbu City will continue to actively support a variety of educational and career programs so that our city can develop into the world's largest campus and a hub for global future education."
