The police and fire authorities are conducting a search near Sebitseom in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, after receiving a report that a person had fallen into the water.

On September 5, the Seocho Fire Station in Seoul announced that at around 5:47 p.m., they received a report stating that "a woman entered the Han River on her own." The dispatched police and fire personnel are carrying out a search operation.
