This year's festival features a variety of programs designed for all generations to enjoy together. The event is held at Gonggeun Baseball Park, which boasts four baseball fields and a soccer field, providing a spacious and comfortable environment.
For the convenience of visitors, the layout has been improved this year. Instead of the previous parasol seating, a sunshade zone has been created, and a new camping table zone has been set up for families and groups of friends.
The main programs include a hip-hop dance competition, band performances, a performance by the Gonggeun Middle School band team, and a local singing contest. In addition, a tasting booth offers visitors the opportunity to try Hoengseong Hanwoo beef, providing a unique experience.
During the festival, local organizations and small business owners will participate directly by operating booths selling local foods and agricultural specialties, while local companies promote their outstanding products. This structure encourages visitor spending to benefit the local economy and fosters mutual growth.

Transportation convenience has also been enhanced. A total of 380 parking spaces are available, including six parking lots within Gonggeun Baseball Park and three temporary lots. Discount coupons for taxis and designated drivers are provided to support a convenient return home. Additionally, a shuttle bus service connects the festival with the E-Mobility Festa held at Hoengseong Sports Complex during the same period, allowing visitors to enjoy both events.
Jang Kiyeon, Deputy Chairperson of the Gonggeun So(Moo)Mac Festival, said, "This festival is a special occasion for Gonggeun-myeon, which is facing the crisis of rural depopulation, to bring generations together. I hope everyone will create happy memories while enjoying Hoengseong Hanwoo beef and refreshing beer."
