The 'Prayer Room,' which is open to all trekkers, has recently opened at Byeolparang Park (Changpo-ri) on Course 3 of the Yeongdeok Blue Road, drawing attention.

Yeongdeok Blue Road Creates 'Prayer Room' to Provide Space for Rest and Recovery.

The Blue Road Prayer Room is a small structure of about 10 square meters (approximately 3 pyeong), with an interior finished in cypress wood to create a warm and peaceful atmosphere. A sign inside is inscribed with the phrase 'PRAY WALK,' making it a place where those walking the Blue Road can pause to pray or rest.

On September 3, a thanksgiving worship service was held to commemorate the opening of the Prayer Room, organized by the Yeongdeok Christian Association (President Lee Chungyeon) and attended by about 40 members.

County Governor Kim Kwangyeol stated, "The Yeongdeok Blue Road Prayer Room is a space open to both residents and tourists, and I expect it will become a place where people can experience rest and recovery during their busy daily lives or while trekking."
