This training was led by integrity specialist instructor Lee Seongyoung and focused on the following topics: key points and case studies related to the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, prohibited actions under the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, and responses to pre-submitted questions from employees.
Instructor Lee Seongyoung went beyond simply explaining the laws, incorporating real-life examples and interactive Q&A sessions to enhance employees' understanding and engagement. In particular, he emphasized the importance of prohibiting abuse of power in relation to the code of conduct and called for the establishment of a healthy organizational culture.
After the training, an active communication session was held, where employees discussed practical concerns encountered in their duties and participated in case-by-case Q&A.
Busan Urban Corporation expressed its expectation that this training will help strengthen anti-corruption and integrity awareness among executives and employees, as well as reinforce adherence to the code of conduct. The corporation also announced plans to continue expanding a culture of integrity by operating participatory training programs such as the "Integrity Golden Bell" during the second half of the year.
