Starbucks Gifticon for First-Time Margin Trading Customers
Up to 250,000 Won in Interest Support
Woori Investment & Securities announced on September 4 that it will hold a "Credit Interest Payback Event" until September 30 to reduce the interest burden for customers using margin trading and to provide a more favorable investment environment.
This event targets new customers who are applying for and using a margin loan agreement with Woori Investment & Securities for the first time. The first 500 customers to apply for a margin loan agreement and conduct at least one margin transaction during the event period will receive a Starbucks Americano gifticon.
In addition, customers who participate in the event and meet certain conditions will be eligible to receive up to 250,000 won in credit interest support. The support amount will be provided in tiers based on the balance of margin loans and the amount of stock transactions as of the event's end date. The margin loan balance will be calculated based on the settlement status on the closing date, and the transaction amount will be the total of all cash and margin buy/sell transactions completed during the event period.
In particular, this event can be combined with the annual 3.9% margin and loan interest rate applied until the end of the year, making it a great opportunity to take advantage of both low interest rates and interest payback benefits at the same time.
A representative from Woori Investment & Securities stated, "As investors' needs for capital management become increasingly diverse, we hope that lower interest rates combined with interest support will help reduce the burden on our customers," adding, "We will continue to expand customer-centered financial benefits and services going forward."
Customers can apply for the event through the Woori Investment & Securities "WooriWON MTS" app. Detailed information is available via the Woori Investment & Securities "WooriWON MTS" app, the company website, or the customer service center.
