Over 50 Companies Attend, Major Industrial Complexes and Support Policies Introduced
Mayor Bora Kim: "Full Support for Corporate Growth in Anseong"
Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced on September 3 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for investment attraction worth 500 billion KRW at the "2025 Anseong City Investment Attraction Briefing Session" held at EL Tower in Yangjae-dong, Seoul on the same day.

The event, co-hosted by the city and Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation, was attended by more than 50 private companies and public institutions. At the briefing session, Anseong City Mayor Bora Kim personally introduced the investment environment of the city's major industrial complexes, residential conditions, and support strategies for each sector.
During the session, the city promoted its key industrial complex plans, including the Fifth General Industrial Complex, the Second Anseong Technovalley, and the Dongshin General Industrial Complex, which has been designated as a specialized cluster for semiconductor materials, parts, and equipment.
Eight booths were also set up on-site for investment consultations. At these booths, information on the current status of industrial complex sales was provided, along with guidance on support policies from relevant organizations such as KOTRA, Gyeonggi Institute of Economic Science & Technology, and Gyeonggi Environment & Energy Promotion Agency.
At the briefing session, the city also signed an MOU worth approximately 500 billion KRW. Seven companies participated in the MOU: Samjung Tech, Sam S Korea, EO Technics, Geumgang Quartz, STC, KM, and Deoksan Industry.
Mayor Kim stated, "Anseong is the last land of opportunity in the Seoul metropolitan area where industrial complexes can be developed," adding, "We will provide our full support so that companies can successfully establish themselves and grow in Anseong."
