Expanding Vehicle Management and Content Services
On September 3, KB Kookmin Card announced the full revamp of its KB Pay automobile service and the launch of a new brand, "KB Autofit."
KB Autofit refers to financial solutions and management services tailored to each customer's vehicle. It provides customized financial and convenience services throughout the entire lifecycle of a customer's car.
With this overhaul, KB Pay now offers a one-stop service for automobile financial products (loans, cards, insurance), specialized automotive content, maintenance and management information (taxes, travel, safety), used car sales connections, partner benefits, and automotive product shopping services.
Key features include personalized services such as MyData analysis-based recommendations for financial products, checking your car's market value, and notifications for automobile insurance expiration.
Through integration with KB Capital's KB Chachacha service, users can sell their cars, purchase KB Star Pick used cars carefully selected by KB Chachacha dealers, and use the home delivery service for used cars to their desired location.
In the KB Pay shopping section linked with KB Autofit, customers can conveniently purchase everything from car wash and maintenance supplies to automotive interior products at reasonable prices.
A KB Kookmin Card representative stated, "We have built a comprehensive platform so customers can conveniently access services suitable for every stage of their car's lifecycle on a single screen," adding, "We will continue to expand collaboration with KB Financial Group affiliates and external partners to provide a differentiated auto platform service."
KB Kookmin Card plans to strengthen its competitiveness in the automotive financial services market with the launch of KB Autofit. The company has set a strategy to evolve into a customer-centric, innovative mobility financial lifestyle platform.
This service can be accessed through the automobile menu in the asset tab of the KB Pay application.
