OB Beer to Launch 'Hanmac Extra Creamy Draft Can' at Convenience Stores

Expanding Consumer Access Nationwide Through Convenience Store Launch
Introducing Promotional Packs Featuring Can Handle and Can Cooler

OB Beer announced on September 3 that starting next month, it will begin selling the 'Hanmac Extra Creamy Draft Can' at convenience stores nationwide. This move comes after the product was first introduced at major supermarkets in July, and now the company is expanding its sales channels to convenience stores across the country.

An OB Beer representative explained, "The 'Hanmac Extra Creamy Draft Can' is the first canned beer from a domestic brand to feature technology that allows the foam to rise on its own over time after opening." The company added, "The can delivers the lasting foam and distinctive smoothness that could previously only be enjoyed through Hanmac draft beer or a dedicated foam generator." When the product launched at major supermarkets in July, some locations experienced temporary sellouts within just four weeks.

OB Beer is also launching limited-edition promotional packs as it expands the availability of the 'Hanmac Extra Creamy Draft Can' to major convenience stores nationwide. Starting September 9, Hanmac will offer a six-can promotional pack (330ml each) that includes a detachable can handle, and a twelve-can promotional pack (330ml each) that comes with a mug-shaped can cooler. These promotional packs can be reserved through KakaoTalk Gift and convenience store apps, with in-store pickup required. A large reusable bag will be given as a gift to a limited number of early customers.

The Hanmac brand manager stated, "By making the 'Hanmac Extra Creamy Draft Can' available at convenience stores nationwide, more consumers will have the opportunity to enjoy it," adding, "We plan to help even more people experience Hanmac through a variety of activities both online and offline."
