Chosun University announced on September 2 that it recently held the 2025 CSU International Student Admission Ceremony at the IT Hall.


This year, more than 200 international students from 18 countries were admitted, with students from Mongolia accounting for about 35% of the total, representing the largest proportion.


The ceremony was attended by key university officials, including Vice President Jeon Je-Yeol, Kim Hyunwoo, Director of External Affairs, Wi Seongok, Deputy Director of External Affairs, and senior students from each department.


The event proceeded in the following order: introduction of guests, a welcoming speech by Vice President Jeon Je-Yeol, screening of congratulatory videos by senior students from each department, a speech by the representative of the new students, and introduction of key administrative staff.


Thuy Duong, a student from Vietnam representing the new students from the Global Studies Department, shared, "I am very happy to start anew as an undergraduate after completing the Korean language training program. There will be difficult times ahead, but I believe we can overcome them together. I hope to make wonderful memories with everyone."


Vice President Jeon Je-Yeol said, "We will stand by you so that you can not only achieve academic success but also gain valuable life experiences."
