Fifteen Companies Including Daeju Machinery to Participate
Dalseong County in Daegu (Governor Choi Jaehoon) will host the "2025 Dalseong County Job Fair" on September 9 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the main auditorium of the Hwawon Nonghyup Dalseong Distribution Center.
This event is designed to provide practical employment opportunities for job seekers, address workforce shortages faced by local businesses, and revitalize the regional economy.
Job seekers are consulting with company booths at the job fair held in Dalseong County in the first half of this year.
Fifteen leading local companies, including Shani, Pyeonghwa Industry, and Daeju Machinery, will participate in the fair. These companies plan to conduct on-site interviews for immediate recruitment in various positions such as management, sales, secretarial work, development, finance, and production. The hiring scale is expected to reach around 100 people, making this event a meaningful platform for direct employment connections between job seekers and companies.
Dalseong County is holding this year's job fairs in different regions. After the first fair in Hyeonpung-eup in June, the second event will take place in Hwawon-eup, followed by a third fair scheduled for Dasan-eup in November.
A Dalseong County official explained, "We have improved accessibility so that all residents can participate at a location close to them."
In addition to recruitment, a variety of employment support programs will be offered at the fair. These include on-site job information, career counseling, local company promotions, and guidance on employment support systems, all designed to assist with practical job-seeking activities.
Additional events such as free ID photo shoots, personal color analysis, professional interview consulting, and career coaching will also be available. To enhance participant satisfaction, free coffee trucks and small commemorative gifts will be provided.
Choi Jaehoon, Governor of Dalseong County, stated, "This job fair is a meaningful opportunity to provide realistic employment opportunities not only for young people but also for the middle-aged. I hope that many county residents will actively participate and join us in revitalizing local employment."
