Two New Stores Opened in Terminal 1
CJ Freshway Accelerates Expansion of Airport Concession Business
CJ Freshway is expanding its airport concession business by consecutively opening two new premium food court "Gourmet Bridge" locations at Incheon International Airport.
On September 2, CJ Freshway announced the opening of a new store with 466 seats near Gate 12 on the east side of Terminal 1. This location features seven brands: Jayeondameun Hansang (Korean set meals), Yuksugojip (soups and stews), Guksujeong (hot and cold noodles), Basak Katsu (pork cutlet), Burger Station (handmade burgers), Modern Shanghai (Chinese cuisine), Bibim Soban (halal food), and Oriental Bay (Asian cuisine). The wide-ranging menu is designed to appeal to a diverse, multinational customer base.
Previously, at the end of July, CJ Freshway opened a 220-seat store near Gate 114 in the Terminal 1 Concourse. Both locations operate 24 hours a day, targeting the needs of transit and long-haul travelers.
Since January this year, a 320-seat store has been operating in Terminal 2, with additional locations currently in preparation. With these openings, Gourmet Bridge will expand to a total of four stores at Incheon Airport, offering approximately 1,500 seats.
The most popular dishes at Gourmet Bridge include Bulgogi Bibimbap, Classic Pork Cutlet, Seafood Soft Tofu Stew, and Tteokbokki with Fried Snacks. In particular, the Bulgogi Bibimbap from Jayeondameun Hansang was recently selected by Incheon International Airport Corporation as the winner of the "2025 Incheon Airport Delicious Menu" award.
A CJ Freshway representative stated, "Airport concession businesses provide a stage to showcase our food service capabilities in real time to customers from around the world. We will continue to offer differentiated menus and customized services to provide travelers with enjoyable dining experiences, while further strengthening our concession business capabilities."
