Hiring a Total of 5 Employees
in Digital, Information Security, and Financial Specialist Fields
IBK Industrial Bank of Korea announced on the 1st that, following its public recruitment notice for 180 new employees for the second half of 2025, it will also be hiring five regular employees through an open recruitment process.
The recruitment covers a total of four fields. The digital and information security sector includes three areas: security architecture design and management, incident analysis and response, and blockchain business planning and development. The financial specialist sector covers one area: fund management. Qualifications include holding a relevant degree in the field or having related work experience, depending on the recruitment area.
IBK Industrial Bank of Korea will accept applications through its recruitment website until the 16th. After document screening, practical tests, and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced in November. Those who pass will be assigned to relevant departments at the headquarters after completing the new employee training program. According to internal regulations, the bank is also actively considering hiring candidates with master's or doctoral degrees or relevant work experience at the manager level.
Additionally, IBK Industrial Bank of Korea plans to recruit young interns who will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the bank's field work and participate in projects with 'IBK Chang Gong' innovative companies. The recruitment notice for the youth internship program is scheduled to be posted at the end of October.
