Uijeongbu City Visits Lotte Castle Gold Park 2nd Complex Senior Center to Communicate with Elderly Residents

Uijeongbu City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Donggeun) visited the Lotte Castle Gold Park 2nd Complex Apartment Senior Center on the 29th to check on the health and well-being of elderly residents. After volunteering to serve lunch, the city held a meeting to listen to the suggestions of the seniors who use the center.

Approximately 30 members of the senior center attended the meeting that day, sharing updates on the center's operations and exchanging various opinions. One elderly resident expressed gratitude, saying, "I appreciate the mayor visiting the center in person to listen to us," and added, "Members are enjoying their time together here."

Mayor Kim Donggeun stated, "The health and safety of our seniors are the top priority," and added, "I will continue to listen to voices on the ground and actively support efforts to make this a city where seniors can be happy."
