Doosan Engineering & Construction and BS Hanyang announced on September 2 that they plan to begin sales for "Doosan We've & Sujain Bupyeong The First" in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon later this month.
"Doosan We've & Sujain Bupyeong The First" will be built at 13-5 Bugae-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon (Bugae 4 District Housing Redevelopment and Maintenance Project). The complex will consist of 13 buildings with 2 basement levels and up to 25 floors above ground, totaling 1,299 units. Of these, 514 units with exclusive areas of 46, 59, and 74 square meters will be available for general sale.
The number of general sale units by area and type is as follows: 86 units of 46㎡A, 13 units of 46㎡B, 121 units of 59㎡A, 135 units of 59㎡B, 130 units of 59㎡C, 12 units of 74㎡A, 9 units of 74㎡B, and 8 units of 74㎡C.
