Lulumedic announced that its digital healthcare platform, DSTAT, will provide travelers with comprehensive “digital primary care physician” services-including overseas medical consultations, prescriptions, interpretation, and financial support for medical expenses-through the global travel care provider Assist Card.

DSTAT offers smart overseas medical services to travelers via Assist Card. Users can check their medical information through DSTAT, and seamlessly connect to overseas consultations, prescriptions, interpretation, and insurance services through Assist Card. This integrated care goes beyond simple telemedicine, providing travelers with peace of mind by delivering Korean-level medical services even abroad, thus offering substantial value to users.

DSTAT is a medical MyData platform that allows users to access their domestic medical records and medication history in an integrated manner. DSTAT is gaining attention as a service equipped with the capability to translate medical data into English and transmit it to overseas medical institutions.

Assist Card is a global travel care service connected to a network of over 20,000 hospitals in 197 countries worldwide. It provides comprehensive care, including 24-hour medical consultations, hospital reservations, local medical expense payment guarantees, insurance claim processing, professional medical interpretation, and emergency ambulance and air ambulance transport support.

As a result, subscribers can focus solely on their treatment without worrying about complicated procedures, as Assist Card supports the entire process-from hospital reservations and interpretation to insurance processing-significantly lowering the barriers to receiving medical care abroad.

A Lulumedic representative stated, “With the sharp increase in overseas travel, we will continue to develop our services so that, through the synergy of these two platforms, travelers can accurately deliver their medical information and conveniently resolve consultations and prescriptions all at once while abroad.”

The representative added, “In this era, ensuring travelers’ safety requires more than just a passport and a plane ticket. Digital primary care apps like DSTAT and Assist Card will become new essentials for guaranteeing travelers’ health and peace of mind.”

Meanwhile, Lulumedic has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ProAir Korea, a company specializing in overseas patient transportation, to strengthen the safety of overseas travel. The partnership aims to further enhance patient repatriation and support services in the event of emergencies during international trips.
