Shinhan Bank announced on September 1 that it will offer healthcare services to new bancassurance customers in celebration of the launch of its senior customer-focused brand, 'Shinhan SOL Mate.'
The service will be provided to new bancassurance customers aged 40 and above who sign up for eligible products with a contract amount of at least 50 million won. The benefits include making appointments at major hospitals, accompaniment by a dedicated nurse during hospital visits, and vehicle escort services for hospital visits.
A Shinhan Bank representative stated, "The core of this service is to provide total care that not only manages financial assets but also enhances the quality of life for our customers," adding, "We will continue to expand essential benefits for senior customers to become a reliable partner."
