The Dogok Area Street Housing Maintenance Project Association is overseeing the project, while Kumho Engineering & Construction is responsible for construction of "Dogok Athera," which has achieved outstanding results in subscriptions, earning its place as a new hit residential complex in the Gangnam area.
During the subscription period held on Friday, August 29, Dogok Athera recorded a peak competition ratio of 351 to 1, demonstrating the brand power of "Athera." Analysts attribute the project's success to several factors: it is the first complex in Gangnam to feature Kumho Engineering & Construction’s luxury "Athera" brand; it offers excellent educational conditions, including access to the renowned Gangnam 8 School District; it is located in a prime area with superior infrastructure and abundant development prospects.
In particular, despite various regulations in Gangnam, an exception to the land transaction permit zone was applied in accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's administrative guidelines. This meant that the initial buyers were not subject to mandatory residency requirements, which proved to be a major advantage for prospective buyers.
A representative from the sales team stated, "The symbolic significance of being the first 'Athera' in Gangnam, along with excellent school districts, living infrastructure, transportation networks, and development prospects, are all reflected in the subscription results. Through the unique luxury strategy of the Athera brand, we aim to offer a differentiated value that has not been experienced before."
Dogok Athera is an apartment complex being developed through a street housing maintenance project in the Dogok-dong area. It consists of two basement levels and seven above-ground floors, with a total of 82 units. The exclusive floor area ranges from 44 square meters to 84 square meters.
This complex is located in the heart of Gangnam, offering a solid residential environment. Residents can enjoy close proximity to the "Gangnam 8 School District." Notable schools such as Yeoksam Elementary School, Eonju Elementary School, Eunseong Middle School, and Eunkwang Girls’ High School are situated nearby.
