National Agility Competition Draws Attention
with 122 Teams Participating
Icheon City in Gyeonggi Province will host the 3rd Icheon Pet Festival over two days, from September 13 to 14, at the Icheon Ceramic Art Village (Yes Park) and surrounding areas.

This year's festival will feature the National Agility Competition, with a total of 122 teams participating.
The city has prepared a variety of programs in collaboration with local institutions, schools, and businesses for this year's festival. Gyeonggi Companion Maru will hold a stray animal adoption campaign, Woljeon Museum of Art will offer an experience to complete the Woljeon Animal Encyclopedia, Gwangodong Residents' Association will run a pet etiquette campaign, Buwon High School will provide face painting and pet keyring making, and Simmons Terrace will promote and offer a pet mattress experience.
The event will also include an "Eye Contact Competition," where guardians and their companion dogs build bonds by making eye contact, as well as a "Participatory Puzzle Photo Zone," where participants complete a puzzle piece by piece using their pets' paw prints.
Nearby Byeol Village will host the "Art Road 62 Market," where local artists and merchants will participate to offer handicrafts and woodworking experiences.
