The Crime Prevention Center, located within Cultural Park No. 87 on Bandalseom, will serve as a joint patrol base for public, private, and police sectors to help establish a stable residential environment for Bandalseom residents. The center will also provide crime prevention education and operate resident-participatory safety programs.

On the same day, Ansan City held the "Ilsacheolli Public Safety Meeting" in the Bandalseom area, attended by Mayor Lee Mingeun and the heads of six major local organizations. Now in its 13th session, this meeting brings together the city government, police station, fire station, office of education, and Pyeongtaek Maritime Police Station to discuss and review a variety of public safety issues.

More than 20 people participated in the meeting, including Lee Mingeun, mayor of Ansan; Lee Kangseok, chief of Ansan Danwon Police Station; Park Junghoon, chief of Ansan Fire Station; Woo Chaemyung, chief of Pyeongtaek Maritime Police Station; and officials from each organization.

During the meeting, each organization analyzed safety issues centered on Bandalseom and discussed response strategies.

The city presented reports on the installation status of surveillance CCTV, the emergency procurement of school vehicles to support a safe commuting environment, and plans to expand public office buildings in response to increasing administrative demand. The Ansan Office of Education reported on complaints and review opinions related to the move-in of Lagoon Terrace residents and shared key initiatives for strengthening public security. The Danwon Police Station explained the establishment of the Bandalseom Crime Prevention Center and the promotion of the CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) project to build safety infrastructure.

The Ansan Fire Station discussed securing the safety of facilities such as high-rise buildings and unfinished structures on Bandalseom and establishing a prompt and systematic disaster response system for fire, rescue, and emergency activities. The Pyeongtaek Maritime Police Station reported on short- and long-term measures to address the increasing demand for maritime security in Siwaho and proposed discussions on jurisdiction over land and sea accidents in the Siwaho area.

Mayor Lee stated, "As Bandalseom is a future growth hub and a new center of daily life in Ansan, the stability of its initial residential environment is of utmost importance. Related organizations will work closely together to implement public safety measures that citizens can truly feel."
