Galaxia Moneytree to Pursue Investment Brokerage License Approval in September

Galaxia Moneytree announced on September 1 that it plans to pursue approval for the issuance work of a trust beneficiary certificate investment brokerage license related to its token-linked product fractional investment business within this month.

In February, financial authorities announced a plan to institutionalize fractional investment. At the same time, they established a new license for trust beneficiary certificate investment brokerage, creating a foundation for bringing the issuance and distribution of fractional investment products into the institutional sector. Accordingly, Galaxia Moneytree plans to apply for approval for the investment brokerage business within this month, following the guidelines set by the financial authorities.

Galaxia Moneytree has continuously strengthened its investor protection system and internal control mechanisms. This enhancement of transparency is seen as an important preparatory step to build a trust-based foundation ahead of entering the institutional sector.

A company representative explained, "By applying for approval as an investment brokerage business, our goal is to move beyond innovative financial services and participate in institutionalized business, providing investors with a more trustworthy digital investment environment. Meanwhile, Galaxia Moneytree was designated as an innovative financial service provider by the Financial Services Commission after being the only company to issue trust beneficiary certificates through electronic registration by entrusting aircraft engines, following the announcement of the token-linked product guidelines. In June, the company established a special purpose corporation, Galaxia FN, to promote the business.
