Naver announced on September 1 that it will run the '10 Years with Business Owners, Naver Reservations' campaign throughout September to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Naver Place reservation service.
During this period, Naver will offer special Naver Pay point rewards of up to 10%, as well as an event in which an additional 60 million won worth of Naver Pay points will be distributed.

First, throughout September, the campaign will feature weekly, industry-specific, limited-time benefits. Users who make reservations during the designated periods will receive an additional 5% Naver Pay point reward on top of the basic accumulation rate.
For paid Naver Plus Membership users, up to 10% of the payment amount can be rewarded in points. Members will receive a 1% basic purchase reward plus an additional 4% reward on monthly payments up to 200,000 won, and for payments between 200,000 won and 3 million won, they will receive an additional 1% reward on top of the 1% basic purchase reward.
Additionally, among users who complete both reservation and payment in two or more different industries, the top 1,000 users by payment amount will each receive Naver Pay points worth a total of 30 million won.
A 'Support Your Business Owner Review Event' will also be held to promote mutual growth with business owners. Users who leave a review with a message of support and the required hashtag '#Reservation10thAnniversary' after using a business through Naver Reservations will be automatically entered into the event. Through a drawing, 1,000 winners will receive Naver Pay points worth a total of 30 million won.

The Naver Reservation service was first introduced in March 2015 as a solution offering online reservation functions to camping site operators. Naver implemented this reservation solution to alleviate the inconvenience faced by business owners who found it difficult to build their own reservation systems, allowing them to manage and track reservations. The service has since expanded to other industries such as restaurants, beauty salons, accommodations, leisure, performances and exhibitions, and medical clinics and hospitals.
According to data released by Naver Place, approximately 27.67 million users have experienced the Naver Reservation service over the past 10 years. This means that one out of every two people in South Korea has used the reservation service at least once.
The cumulative number of reservations has reached 500 million, and users have written 69 million reviews after using services through Naver Reservations. By age group, users in their 20s and 30s accounted for 62% of all reservations.
In addition, Naver has released interview videos featuring five business owners who achieved business growth using the Naver Reservation solution. A camping site owner who has used Naver Reservations for 10 years shared, "Ten years ago, building a reservation system would have cost 10 to 20 million won, which was a burden. But after adopting Naver Reservations, everything from booking to cancellation and refund could be handled at once, making operations much easier. It felt like having an extra employee."
A business owner running a perfume workshop also commented, "Since reservation data is automatically accumulated, I can analyze popular time slots and products for marketing purposes. It goes beyond a simple reservation system-it's like gaining a 'talented manager who works 24 hours a day' and a reliable data analyst."
