The youth startup spaces operated by Bukgu are located in four commercial units within public rental housing complexes (Gakhwa, Ochi 1, Duam 2, and Duam 4), and can accommodate a total of 24 companies. In this round of recruitment, nine new tenants will be selected.

Eligible applicants are aspiring entrepreneurs or early-stage founders within three years of starting their business, aged 19 to 35 as of the announcement date. Those selected as final tenants will be able to use the space rent-free for up to four years, with only some operating costs such as utilities and maintenance fees required.

Tenants will be finalized in October after a document review and interview process. Beyond simply providing space, Bukgu will support resident youth by connecting them to startup education programs run by specialized institutions, as well as expert consulting and mentoring to help them build entrepreneurial capabilities.

To apply, applicants should check the notices on the Bukgu District Office website and submit the required documents by email or in person. For more details, inquiries can be made to the Youth Future Policy Office at the Bukgu District Office. Some spaces may only be available for specific fields such as crafts, ICT, or content, or may have different application periods. Additional points may be given to Bukgu residents or winners of startup competitions.
