On August 29, LG Uplus signed a 'business agreement for the launch of AI Universe' at Ilsangbiilsangui Teum, a multi-purpose cultural space located in Gangnam, Seoul. The signing ceremony was attended by LG Uplus, the AI Future Forum, a leading domestic AI organization, and representatives from 10 domestic and international AI partners participating in Yudok Pick AI. The partners include Liner, Canva Korea, Pello, Mobldi, Turing, Dongascience, Artificial Society, Plaeng, Comento, and Kinemaster.

AI Universe is a collaborative organization that will promote a variety of campaigns and experiential programs to make AI more accessible and approachable for everyone in Korea. The institutions and companies participating in AI Universe plan to jointly develop educational programs and content to improve AI literacy, leveraging their respective services and expertise.

LG Uplus will support both online and offline campaigns, as well as the planning and production of content. In particular, the company aims to increase accessibility to AI services for everyone by focusing on 'Yudok Pick AI,' Korea's first subscription-based AI service launched last month. Yudok Pick AI is a subscription product that allows customers to select only the AI services they want, receive discounts, and freely choose the AI services they need each month.

In addition, the AI Future Forum will be responsible for experience-based programs such as talk concerts and lectures, while Yudok Pick AI partners will each conduct joint campaigns utilizing their own AI services and technology infrastructure. Through these efforts, AI Universe plans to introduce AI services that can be used in everyday life, fostering greater familiarity and trust in AI among the public.

AI Universe intends to communicate with the public through ongoing content development and dissemination, striving to enhance AI literacy and promote social adoption. Furthermore, the organization plans to expand the number of participating companies so that growing interest in AI can lead to the development and advancement of competitive AI services.

Jung Hye-yoon, Executive Vice President and Head of Marketing Group at LG Uplus, stated, "We will continue to collaborate with a diverse range of AI businesses to expand AI Universe and further integrate AI services into people's daily lives."
