9,377 Units Nationwide Including Jamsil Leell and Chuncheon Lake City to Go on Sale in the First Week of September

In the first week of September, a total of 8 complexes comprising 9,377 units will begin sales across the country.

According to Real Estate R114 on August 30, applications will open for 9,377 units (5,839 for general sale) in developments such as Chuncheon Lake City 2nd I-Park in Samcheon-dong, Chuncheon, Gangwon Province; Jamsil Leell in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul (priority for local residents); and Yongin Gojin Station Daekwang Rozevian in Gorim-dong, Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. This is an increase of 7,441 units compared to the previous week's 1,936 units.

Chuncheon Lake City 2nd I-Park will be built at 22-1 Samcheon-dong, Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, consisting of 218 units with exclusive areas of 84 and 114 square meters, in buildings ranging from 4 basement levels to a maximum of 29 floors above ground.

Residents will have access to Chuncheon Station and Namchuncheon Station on the Gyeongchun Line, and improved accessibility to Seoul is also expected with the future opening of the GTX-B metropolitan express railway line.

Large supermarkets and traditional markets are located nearby, as well as express and intercity bus terminals, and major highways such as the Jungang Expressway and Seoul-Yangyang Expressway, providing convenient transportation infrastructure. The area is also adjacent to Uiam Lake, Gongjicheon, Hajungdo Ecological Park, Uiam Park, and Gongjicheon Amusement Park, offering a pleasant residential environment.
