Leadership and Digital Competency Training Held for Newly Promoted Employees
Group-wide Program Focuses on Skills for the Digital Era and Fostering Unity
Eugene Group announced on the 29th that it had conducted leadership and core competency training for employees who were recently promoted, focusing on the skills needed in the digital era.

The training program was attended by newly promoted employees from the management innovation divisions of the group’s major affiliates, including Eugene Corporation, Tongyang, Eugene Hanil Synthetic Fiber, Eugene Home Center, Eugene Logistics, and Eugene Sonic. The program was designed to help participants develop job-related skills and leadership competencies necessary for their new positions, as well as to foster a sense of unity across the group.
The training was conducted from July 1 to August 29 and included both position-specific workshops and online courses. The curriculum consisted of three stages: preliminary online digital transformation (DX) training and individual competency assessments, group training and workshops by job level, and advanced online learning. In particular, the program featured sessions on the latest digital technologies, such as generative AI, robotic process automation (RPA), and data analytics, to help participants proactively respond to the rapidly changing business environment.
Lee Namdae, a manager at Eugene Corporation who participated in the training, said, "Through collaborative projects with other group affiliates, we were able to share our organizational culture, and the AI-focused training is expected to be highly beneficial in our actual work." A representative from Eugene Group stated, "Through this program, we helped our members clearly understand the core competencies required for each position and acquire the capabilities needed in the digital age. Going forward, we will continue to expand systematic leadership development programs to proactively respond to changes in the future business environment."
