This project, which began in 2022, aims to provide young people with opportunities to work in the national heritage industry and to offer companies a chance to utilize new talent. Over four years, it has produced 635 interns and received an "Excellent" rating in this year's Ministry of Employment and Labor's evaluation of financially supported job creation projects.
The event was attended by representatives from ninety-nine operating organizations nationwide and 103 interns, who looked back on their activities over the past six months and shared their achievements. Broadcaster Seo Kyungseok delivered a special lecture, drawing significant attention from participants.
Heo Min, Commissioner of the Cultural Heritage Administration, stated, "This is a meaningful process that goes beyond simply providing jobs, as it allows young people to create the value and future of national heritage together." He added, "I am grateful to both the interns and the organizations who gave their best in the field."
